We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโ€™ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@mysporify.com. If a customer chooses to return their order, they are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide the return address upon request. Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and, if approved, process a full refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and arrange either a replacement or a full refund at our expense.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sporify will not grant a refund, store credit, or replacement in the following cases:

  • Unclaimed shipments: If an order is returned to us because it was not claimed, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

  • Incorrect address: If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs after confirming a valid address.

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
